NMABEI Audiology Aides

We are pleased to announce our Institute’s three new Audiology Aides: Alejandra Montoya, Naomi Vega and Raquel Redjai.

Our Audiology Aides support our clinical team for both our balance and amplification specialties at the practice. They are the friendly faces that provide exceptional care to our patients, while supporting our doctors of audiology to help them continue to perform at a higher level. We’ve implemented our new audiology aide program to create a more seamless and efficient clinic flow for our patients, while allowing clinicians more time to focus on utilizing their expertise with each patient. We are so thankful to have them!

Alejandra became our first Audiology Aide about six months ago. She was previously a Clinical Administration Associate and worked in the back office to room and check patients out. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from California State University, Northridge and has been with the Institute for almost three years.

Naomi and Raquel have both recently joined Alejandra as Audiology Aides.

Naomi was previously our Patient Services Associate. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University and came to the Institute after graduation in 2017. Naomi has been with the Institute for a year and a half and during her tenure here, Naomi has scheduled patients, helped develop reports and assisted with translation for Spanish-speaking patients.

Raquel Redjai has been with the Institute for over three years and has worked in the Clinical Administration Department as the Clinical Administration Manager. Raquel attended Arizona State University to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and came to the Institute after graduation. During her tenure here, Raquel was quickly promoted to Clinical Administration Manager and helped implement protocols which have improved efficiency in the Clinical Administration department.

Please be sure to say hi to our three new Audiology Aides and congratulate them on their promotion when you’re here!
