This Thanksgiving, we would like to express our gratitude for our many blessings. We are thankful for our valued patients, referring physicians and our growing Institute family.
This year, we have grown our Institute’s team of Doctors of Audiology to 14, we have three new Audiology Aides and a new Assistant Director of Clinical Research. Additionally, we continue to be a teaching Institute and have five student externs.
Other exciting news is that we secured our first business licensee – Midwest Dizziness and Balance Institute. They are an audiology practice in St. Louis, Missouri that we are training to diagnose and treat vestibular dysfunction with our proprietary Advanced Vestibular Treatment™ (AVT) approach.
A big thanks goes out to our referring physicians throughout the greater Orange County area! With their patient referrals, including 215 new referring physicians, we were able to see over 1,200 new patients! We’ve experienced a 200% increase in our patients from out of town that undergo remote AVT.
We’re so thankful that we can help so many people get back to their normal, active lifestyles free from dizziness, vertigo and imbalance. Including over 700 new balance patients this year alone, our Institute has seen over 50,000 patients since Dr. Mango opened the practice in 1977. We just celebrated our 41st anniversary!
We have also had the honor to give back to our community this year. We’ve donated to Wounded Warrior, Age Well Senior Services and Orange Lutheran High School basketball.
We are so very thankful to everyone who has contributed to our continued success this year and the past 41 years. We hope everyone enjoys time spent with loved ones. We are thankful for you!
